Julie Anne Smith, A.K.A. Julianne Moore was a Hollywood writer and actor for several years. Her work is also highly praised by critics. She's a Sagittarius born on the 3rd of December 1960 in North Carolina. She is one of the three oldest children to Peter Moore Smith and Anne Smith. Peter was a paratrooper. She's of English as well as Scottish descent. Moore struggled as her family was constantly moving due to her dad's employment. Moore began acting in plays during her time at Frankfurt American High School when her family relocated to Germany. She graduated in 1983 with an BA in Fine Arts from Boston University. Moore graduated in 1983, with a B.F.A. Moore was a graduate of the college in New York and started her career as an off-Broadway actress when she moved to New York. In the episode The Edge of Night in 1985, Moore appeared in her debut appearance on screen. The episode aired in 1986. she played the dual characters of Sabrina Hughes (Frannnie) and Frannie Hughes (Sabrina Hughes). This became her big break. She stayed on this show between 1988 and 1990, and received the Daytime Emmy Award. In 1990 she made her acting debut as an actress in Tales from the Darkside: The Movie. Later she said it was an low-budget film. Short Cuts (1997) and 3 Women (1993), each Robert Altman productions, were her debut films. The latter was critically acclaimed and earned her a number of nominations for it. Her first lead role came in Safe (1995). Steven Spielberg, who was producer of Jurassic Park: The Lost World in 1997 and one of that year's biggest earning films, chose Moore as a lead actress. She was a part of Magnolia (1999), which was praised by critics which earned her an SAG nod for her role. The Hours starred Moore in 2002, and was nominated for Nine Academy Awards along with Nicole Kidman. Moore has also appeared in The Forgotten 2004, Freedomland, Shelter and Shelter 2010. Non-Stop aired in 2014. Moore has appeared in countless movies and television series. Her most recent leading roles is in 2022, When You Finish Securing the World. Her career has been established in Hollywood and is a bestselling author of children's books. Her debut book Freckleface Strawberry was published in 2007 and became an instant bestseller in the NY Times. best-seller, leading to it being adapted into a series and a musical. The author also released her book My Mom is a Foreigner in the year 2013. Moore's private life has been revealed as she is a popular author and actress. Moore got married John Robin back in 1984, and the couple divorced in 1996. Bart Freundlich, whom Moore later married in 2003, has two kids with her. Moore's life revolves around her children, friends, and profession.
